We are Gujarat (India) based Chartered Accountancy firm serving various wings of business environment like accounting, assurance, corporate finance and taxation. We started our journey in 2004 by establishing partnership firm name “Chauhan Rai & Shah- Chartered Accountants” at Rajkot. We grew from a small sized audit firm to full fledge advisory service provider in various domains. In late 2020 we changed our name to KTPB & Co. -Chartered Accountants from “Chauhan Rai & Shah – Chartered Accountants”. A journey started from servicing small and medium sized clients saw many camping and now it has reached to serving large corporate groups in various domains.
In the era of rapid changing economic and industrial scenario, the role of accounting and auditing profession has become one with immense importance. CA Bhavesh Shah: (In Practice since 1999)
CA Bhavesh Shah, Founder Partner of the Firm, has more than 20 years’ experience in rendering Audit –Taxation and Financial Advisory services. He has handled various assignments of Statutory Audits of Banks and Corporates. He regularly appears before the tax authorities – (both direct and indirect) up to the Tribunal Level. He is ISA qualified partner of the firm. He has been involved in managing banks’ statutory compliance as well as due diligence consultancy. He has successfully set up Value driven firm in the form of “Chauhan Rai & Shah”. He has also served ICAI Rajkot Branch as committee member for four years and was selected as Vice Chairman of the branch. He has a vast experience of project financing and strategic alliances for fund requirements. He has successfully completed liasoning for large scale funding projects.
CA Kartik Pandya: (In Practice since 2014)
CA Kartik Pandya is working in the field of concurrent as well as various audits of Banks for more than 12 years. He has worked with ICICI Bank Ltd for 7 years and left as Compliance Manager. His domain of expertise is banking as well as statutory compliance of various forms of business. He is active in providing internal control advisory services to our clients. He manages audit assignments of various entities including advisory services for VAT, TDS, Service Tax and recently in GST since inception of GST for various entities.
CA Payal Shah: (In practice since 2019)
CA Payal Shah is in practice since 2019. She is in association with the firm since 2006. She is managing issues related to Indirect Tax for the domestic industry as well as for International Entities and NRIs. CA Payal Shah is highly active in providing advisory services for issues related to International Taxation. Along with this she very well manages financial advisory to our clients.
CA Tarun Shah: (In practice since 2015)
CA Tarun Shah is the young and energetic partner of firm. He is active in project finance consultancy as well as SME IPO advisory. His domain of expertise is finance as well as ERP implementation consultancy. He renders services for developing and implementing Management Information System in SMEs and Corporate. He manages subsidy and government schemes consultation to clients. He also caters valuation services to various client. Ca Tarun Shah is certified business valuer. Virtual CFO services division of firm is being headed by CA Tarun Shah.
Mr. Nilesh Akhani: (In practice since 2008)
Mr. Nilesh Akhani is a Commerce Graduate and C.A Intermediate having a long standing experience of more than 3 decades in the field of Accounting- Taxation and Audits with M/s . M.J. Rindani & Associates — a very well known and reputed firm of Chartered Accountants in the region. He has been associated with the firm since last 15 years and looks after the Offshore accounting assignments and foreign clients tax advisory. He has been instrumental in setting up the offshore accounting and foreign clientele. He is highly skilled at managerial level and a very good leader who knows how to get the deliverables in time.
